The flavourful fragrance and quality of BIBANESI's bread are the result of a knowledgeable union between an accurate selection of absolutely wholesome ingredients and a hand made working process according to the best traditions of craftsmanship. The bread dough is obtained from the best wheat flour and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil that is left to rise for more than eighteen hours in order to permit a complete and natural leavening: the famous "slow rising process". At the end, a light sprinkling of sesame seeds further enriches BIBANESI’s bread and enhances their delicate and unmistakable taste.

BIBANESI are hand shaped and tenderly laid out and, after baking, are protected in a splendid package which maintains the crunchy freshness and taste. Thanks to this particular style of working without any chemical additives or preservatives as well as for the fresh and natural Italian (mainly) ingredients, BIBANESI are distinguishable from any type of bread or breadstick and pleasantly accompany every type of dish, bringing back to the table the taste of old fashioned hand made Italian bread.
