We commissioned the brilliant Zap & Ida to design this special limited edition of packages, intended to
inject a note of fantasy and fun into the healthy passion for good bread which has made Bibanesi Classic such a success.
Naturally, even in this more fantastical version, the Bibanesi are still the outcome fo a combination of the most
advanced food control technologies with the most rigorously traditional standards of breadmaking: handmade dough,
slow fermentation for at least twenty two hours, absolutely no preservatives or additives.
Finally, the precious qualities of extra virgin olive oil enrich a mix of ingredients carefully selected by experts
who have been making bread for generations.
This is the reason for the irresistible crunchiness and prestigious quality of I Bibanesi, which bring the attractive,
delicious flavour of handmade bread back to your table.
