The fragrance and tastiness of I BIBANESI are the result of a skilled combination of absolutely wholesome and carefully selected ingredients
and their preparation according to
the best bakers' tradition.
The dough is made with choice wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, left to raise completely and naturally for over eighteen hours: what is knoown as a "long leavening".
Last but not least, a touch of sesame seeds enriches and enhances their delicate and unmistakable taste.
I BIBANESI are then shaped and drawn gently by hand and, after baking, protected in a special pack that preserves all their crisp and tasty freshness for a long time.
Thanks to this process that excludes any use of chemical additives or preservatives and their fresh and natural ingredients, I BIBANESI are definitely unique compared to other breads or bread sticks. Perfect with any dish and type of food, they bring back to memory the wonderful taste of handmade bread. |
