The fragrant goodness of Nicolini comes from their carefully selected ingredients and production processes typical of the best breadmaking traditions.
Worked by hand after slow fermentation of at least twenty two hours, Nicolini are inviting and delicious, with their characteristic flavour of wheat and irresistible crunchiness enriched with precious extra virgin olive oil and rice and maize flakes, aromatic herbs or wholemeal flour with spelt flakes.
Nicolini BIO: a 100% organic bread with a rich and genuine flavour, without preservatives or other synthetic additives.
The ingredients are grown organically without the use of pesticides, according to the principles of a balanced diet and respect for the individual and the environment itself.
