Product description
The fragrant richness of NICOLINI with wholemeal flour and spelt flakes, one of the oldest cereals known to man, is the outcome of a recipe based on carefully selected ingredients and traditional processes.
Worked by hand after slow fermentation of at least twenty two hours, Nicolini are crunchy and delicious, with the unmistakable qualities of a wholemeal bread made of type 0 flour, type 1 flour, wholemeal flour, wholemeal spelt flakes and extra virgin olive oil.
Nicolini BIO: a 100% organic bread with a rich and genuine flavour, without preservatives or other synthetic additives.
The ingredients are grown organically without the use of pesticides, according to the principles of a balanced diet and respect for the individual and the environment itself.
