The flavoursome fragrance and quality of I BIBANESI are the result of a careful combination of
stringently selected ingredients and production processes which take the best from traditional methods.
The dough, which is made with the best wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, is allowed to rest for over eighteen hours so as
to ferment in a completely natural way: our renowned "long fermentation".
Finally, a light dusting of sesame seeds enriches and intensifies the delicate, unmistakable flavour of the final product.
The I BIBANESI are then shaped and kneaded carefully by hand and, once baked in the oven,
protected by splendid packaging which keeps them crunchy, fresh and tasty over time.
It is this special production process which shuns the use of any chemical additives or preservatives,
along with the fresh, natural ingredients used, that make I BIBANESI stand out from all other breads and breadsticks,
as the perfect accompaniment to every meal, bringing the flavour of hand made bread back to our tables. |
