i Birbanesi pazzi alla pizza

How cheeky are the pizza flavoured Bibanesi?

They love playing pranks and attracting attention because, among all the others, they know they are the most naughty breadsticks.

Timidessen has created Birbanesi Pazzi, his reinterpretation of the pizza flavoured Bibanesi.

They are lively little creatures, always on the move, constantly seeking the spotlight, bringing the most playful side of the Bibanesi universe to the scene.

Mischievous by nature, irresistible in taste, their strong personality transforms every moment into snacking time.

i Biboffesi Cipollamentele: i panetti frignanti by Timidessen

What does a Bibanese look like?

A little bit whiny and very touchy.

It doesn’t take much for him to start whining, but deep down he’s just a grumpy breadstick with a tasty heart.

This month, Timidessen has unlocked a new character from the Bibanesi universe: the Biboffesi Cipollamentele, a reinterpretation of his favourite Bibanesi, the onion flavoured ones.

He imagines them like this: slightly whiny but irresistible mini breadsticks, capable of making every complaint vanish with a single bite, leaving room for flavour and crispiness.

The Bibatesi: the hand-stressed Originals

How does a Bibanese feel when it is stretched by hand?
Probably a little tense. But that is precisely where its uniqueness comes from.

To launch the “i Bibamesi” project, Timidessen starts with Bibanesi gli Originali, the iconic pack of the range. He observes them, listens to them and rechristens them “i Bibatesi”, hand-stressed crispy breadsticks.

Manual stretching is, therefore, at the heart of January’s first creative project. Timidessen transforms it into an ironic scene, where the breadsticks are stretched and “stressed”, lightly narrating the artisan care that makes them unique. Because being Original also means being imperfect, but authentic.

‘i Bibatesi’ is just the first step in a journey that, month after month, will reveal new shades of the Bibanesi universe, reinterpreted through Timidessen’s original lens.
