Spritz lovers, here’s the aperitif idea you can no longer do without: the mortadella mousse!
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 300g Mortadella
- 100g spreadable cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
- 40g chopped unsalted pistachios
Collect the diced mortadella, the spreadable cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese in a mixer bowl. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous and non-lumpy dough. Add the cream and continue to blend until you obtain a mousse. Finally, add the pistachios and mix without chopping.
Serve the mousse accompanied by Bibanesi to dip! Enjoy
