Digital Accessibility for Da Re S.p.A. a Socio Unico
We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone.
We are committed to providing points of contact that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances or abilities.
To this end, Da Re S.p.A. a Socio Unico works with AccessiWay, a provider specialising in digital accessibility solutions, in order to ensure maximum compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of needs, including those who are blind or partially sighted and those with motor, cognitive, neurological or sensory disabilities.
By following the WCAG guidelines and utilising the technical support of AccessiWay, we are committed to ensuring that our website can be used by as many people as possible, in accordance with the principles of inclusivity and applicable regulations.
Despite our ongoing efforts to make our website suitable for everyone’s needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, which are currently being adapted or for which a suitable technological solution is not yet available.
We remain committed to constantly improving our accessibility by adding, updating and enhancing features and functionalities, as well as by developing and adopting new technologies.
Our goal is to ensure optimal accessibility, keeping pace with technological advances.

Accessibility statement
For DA RE (hereinafter “DA RE” or “we”), ensuring that its services are digitally accessible to people with disabilities is of the utmost importance. We are continually committed to offering an inclusive and accessible online experience to all users. Our aim is to make our services easy to find, access, use and understand for everyone.
Scope of this information
Description of the applicable requirements
This website has been designed with reference to internationally recognised digital accessibility standards. Within the European Union, DA RE refers to the accessibility requirements set out in Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its national transposition measures in the jurisdictions where the Group’s business units are established, as technically specified by EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. For jurisdictions outside the European Union, DA RE voluntarily aligns its practices with other internationally recognised accessibility standards and frameworks, including, among others, the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), without this reference implying an acknowledgement of the direct legal applicability of such regimes to DA RE.
General description of the service
Descriptions and explanations needed to understand how the service is carried out
Users can view information about Bibanesi products, browse the selection, and shop online by placing orders directly on the site.
Description of how the service meets the relevant accessibility requirements
As part of an established procedure aimed at ensuring ongoing compliance with accessibility requirements, we implement the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and the referenced WCAG.
The services must therefore be:
- perceivable (that is, the information and elements of the services must be presented to users in a way that they can perceive);
- operable (that is, users must be able to make use of the elements of the services and of navigation);
- understandable (that is, the information and use of the services must be understandable); and
- robust (that is, the content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a variety of technical tools, including assistive technologies).
Compliance status: partially compliant.
Non-accessible content: the following WCAG success criteria are not yet fully met — 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (In some cases, the structure or meaning of content is shown only visually and is not coded so assistive tools can read it); 1.4.1 Use of Color (In some cases, color alone is used to give meaning or show a difference); 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Text and images of text do not always have enough contrast, except for items like logos); 1.4.4 Resize text (Some text cannot be made twice as big without losing content or features (captions and text images excluded)); 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) (The purpose of some links or controls is not clear from their text or context); 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Some components do not pass their name, role, state, or value to assistive tools, or do not notify them of changes). In some cases we embed third-party content (forms, videos, etc.). We test this content, but updates made to it by third parties, outside our control, may render it not fully compliant. If you encounter any issue, please reach out through our contact page.
The WCAG provide guidance on how to design services that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities. There are currently three conformance levels. In line with European standards, we implement conformance levels 2.2 A and AA.
Description of how the company oversees accessibility requirements and improves accessibility over time
In order to achieve the best possible control over the level of accessibility of our website, we regularly take the following measures, among others:
- Constant monitoring: accessibility is continuously monitored through the Accessiway platform and integrated throughout our software development cycle — from initial design and planning to testing and implementation — following an accessibility-by-design approach wherever possible.
- Audits: we conduct regular accessibility audits, automated, to systematically review our digital services in order to verify compliance with the WCAG requirements at levels 2.2 A and AA and with EN 301 549.
We work continually to improve the way we provide our services in compliance with all legal requirements. We offer contact options for reporting accessibility issues and improvement suggestions.
