The addition of wheat flakes, rich in raw fibre, transforms Bibanesi with wholemeal flour into a bread that is important for a correct and healthy diet and, at the same time, pleasant and tasty for its fragrance and appeal.

Without the addition of any preservatives, Bibanesi Integrali are hand stretched after a very slow leavening process of more than a day and enriched with the fine qualities of extra virgin olive oil.
