We chose to use this ancient cereal, cultivated in Italy and characterised by a slight hint of camomile and wildflowers, to give Bibanesi an unmistakable fragrance, enhanced even more by the extra virgin olive oil.

Stretched by hand, and for this reason so unique in shape, Cappelli durum wheat Bibanesi are baked after more than a day of leavening and tastefully accompany every dish and every moment of your day.
