We have always been attentive to the world of education, aware that it is only by raising students’ awareness of the cultural value of food that a profound change can be made in the way we think about product quality, good food, the link with the territory and gastronomic tradition.

More than thirty years ago, our father was able to reinterpret bread, bringing together in ‘Bibanesi’ the experience of a baker and the most authentic bread-making tradition and making those values of ‘good, clean and fair’ food, promoted by Slow Food and which have also become the three ‘commandments’ of our family business.

In his new product, Giuseppe Da Re has succeeded in combining the past with innovation, manual labour with automation in an extraordinary combination of material, man’s work, knowledge and creativity.

We trust that his entrepreneurial story and the deep commitment of those who, like him, dedicated themselves to the business with passion, tenacity and will, can be a stimulus and example not only for us as his children, but also for the new generation of gastronomes who will be trained at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.
